Internet Marketing Center (IMC)

Corey Rudl started his Internet business in a tiny room some ten years ago, made some mistakes in the beginning and devised later Marketing Tips and other products that help people to learn internet marketing. IMC is one of the four affiliate programs that are included in the Plug-In Profit Site (PIPS). The IMC site sells some excellent internet marketing products. Some of these products are The Insider Secrets to Marketing Your Own Business and Ebay Secrets Course.

You can sign up for the Internet Marketing Center Affiliate Program free. It's does not matter if you have your own website or not. You will earn commissions up to two levels when you recruit sub-affiliates, but also from the products your affiliates sell for life.

Since IMC has many excellent products and if someone visits your site and buy any of these products you'll receive a generous commission ranging from $6-$200 depending on the product.

Since IMC is part of the PIPS site everyone who signs up for PIPS through your link will automatically become one of your sub-affiliates and you will earn commission on all of their sales for life.

As an IMC affiliate you'll also receive Internet marketing training and the monthly Marketing Tips newsletter, which is full of useful tips and tricks for Internet marketers. On the Internet there are sufficient materials, which will help you to recruit sub-affiliates and
to promote your products.

Recently, IMC was removed shortly from the list, but it was put back. I think that this is a good decision, since it's a free programs with many excellent products.

Writing And Submitting Articles Is The Easiest And Fast Way For A Newbie To Get Backlinks

I have seriously started sending articles about one month ago every day consistently to article directories and e-zines. I could increase my links one to 1,500 in 30 days. The backlinks could be checked using the latest version of Link Popularity Check 3.0.2 for major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Alltheweb and Altavista). My website has just been indexed by Google after 2 and half months hard working and most of the PR=4 is due to the links from these articles back to my site. To be able to achieve this, you need to put your website address in the resource box. It's the easiest way to get backlinks when you start building up your site. Your articles will be read and could be downloaded and used as content for other sites. In this case for every article you will have an extra backlink pointing your site. Here you can see at least that your hard work results directly in something. Although you can send articles manually, I use the latest version of Article Post Robot, an affordable software ($127) to submit automatically my articles to 450 articles and 50 mail lists. With this new version you can also add your own article directories or e-zines to the standard list.

Normally it takes about three months that a site will be indexed by Google. With a significant number of backlinks you will start directly with a higher PR. This is good for you since it's easier to get (reciprocal) links with other sites. It's an requirement for many sites that you should have a PR3, before you can get links from these sites.

My website has been indexed with a PR4!

My site has just been indexed with a page rank (PR) of 4 2 weeks ago. It's a relieve after a couple of months hard work, and it stimulates me to work harder.

First, I gave my website a totally different look using NVU, a free software program to build or update your website. Although it's a lot of work it's very important to make your website look differently than other PIPS sites and to get noticed by the search engines. My website counts now 4 pages (home page, other opportunities, articles and links). I have learnt a little HTML, which is important for onpage search engine optimalization and updating the website. My website has also an Alexa rank (2,223, 756)! It's not within the 100,000, but it's t least indexed and you know where to start from here.

Second, I have seriously started sending articles about one month ago every day to article directories, and most of the PR=4 is due to the links from these articles back to my site. It's the easiest way to get backlinks when you start building up your site. My links went from one to 1,500 in 30 days, using the latest version of Link Popularity Check.

Third, I have also tried to get (reciprocal) links from other sites, but it's more difficult. Especially it your site is not indexed by Google and other search engines like Alexa. It's a lot of work if you do it manually, but I use Reciprocal Manager, which helps to automate many aspects of management of the links and the links page on my website. But now with a PR=4 it's easier to get my website linked. I am now getting more link requests from other sites.

It's important to me and every newbies on the internet, I think, since without a rank you don't know what you are doing is right or wrong. Now with these ranks I will go further to improve other areas that I have neglected till now, like blogging, visiting forums, do further SEO (keywords) on my site. My advice to you also is to start article submitting as soon as you can, even in the 30 days period. It's a pity that I started just about one month ago.

Recent Changes in the Affiliate Programs for PIPS

There have been several changes sine I joined PIPS in October. Success University (SU) has been included just before I joined PIPS. As I mentioned in the previous post that Stone Evans has decided to dropped SU due to the low conversion rate on his website. I think it was a good decision since the program is expensive and it's difficult to earn something for a newbie with little traffic to your site. I will join it later when I will get more traffic since it has a very good commission scheme.

Many of the Clickbank affiliate programs ware added, but these were removed from the PIPS program since many people could not join Clickbank in many countries and these programs didnot convert at Stone's website. I think that adding many Clickbank affiliate programs on the homepage will make this page too crowded. Visitors will be distracted from the 'main ' PIPS programs. I have put these and other programs on a separate webpage. Although they are one sale payment only programs, you can earn some money with these programs, while you have more content on your website.

International Marketing Center (IMC) was removed and re-added in the PIPS program. it was a good decision since it is free and the they have many excellent products to promote, like the classical "IMC course".

I think for the moment the package is OK. You can add Clickbank and other products on your website, but on a different page, so not to distracted visitors from the main page. I had one sign-up for a Clickbank program after launching the webpage!

I have dropped Success University.

Success University (SU) is one of the paid programs of the PIPS program. It was included just before I joined PIPS. I started very enthusiastically with the 'fast start' package of SU, which costed me $162.94 and a monthly fee of $49.95.

Recently, Stone Evans decided to drop this program from PIPS due to the low conversion rate on his website. I think it was a good decision, since this program is expensive and therefore the threshold is very high for someone to start with an affiliate program like PIPS. The other factor is if you don't have enough visitors to your site, which is the case for everyone who just starts with PIPS, then is the chance practically nil that someone will sign-up for SU. From my experience I got only one visit to the SU site and about 60-70 visits to other websites like Empowerism, IMC and SFI. Based on these factors I decided to drop this program, at least for the moment. SU is a good program with a very good commission scheme. Probably I will join it later when I have sufficient visitors to my site.

Three months with PIPS

I have been now three months with the Plug-In Profit Site (PIPS). I learned quite a lot from the 30-day training, but the information from this and other sources is overwhelming. You can't do every thing at the same time, as you will mention below.

This blog is my attempts to evaluate my own progress with PIPS, exchange comments with other PIPS-sters, and to give advice to whom who would like to start with the PIPS program or who have just started with PIPS. In the following paragraphs I will summarize what I have achieved in these three months.

  • I gave my website a totally different look using NVU, a free software program to build or update your website. Although it's a lot of work it's very important to make your website look differently than other PIPS sites and to get noticed by the search engines. My website counts now 4 pages (home page, other opportunities, articles and links). I have learn a little HTML, which is important for onpage search engine optimalization and updating the website. My website has been indexed by Google one and half weeks ago, and it starts directly with a page rank (PR) of 4. My website has also an Alexa rank (2,223, 756)! It's not within the 100,000, but it's t least indexed and you know where to start from here.
  • I have seriously started sending articles about one month ago every day to article directories, and most of the PR=4 is due to the links from these articles back to my site. It's the easiest way to get backlinks when you start building up your site. My links went from one to 1,500 in 30 days, using the latest version of Link Popularity Check.
  • I have also tried to get (reciprocal) links from other sites, but it's more difficult.
  • I have started to put some Adsense ads on my website and blog and have earned some dollars from last weeks. Although it's not much, but it's the beginning and I am trying to improve it.
  • Blog(s): This is one of the areas that I have neglected, but I am starting now to do some work on them.
  • My first checks: I have a sign-up for Empowerism, and another one for Secret Affiliate Weapon (from the Clickbank).
It's for now. Now looking back after 3 months, I think the first months are the most difficult period for every one who starts an affiliate program. Unless you have tons of money to buy leads, links and to put ads on e-zines from the beginning, you have to work hard to be able to get some results. During this period, it costs you only money to invest, but you don't see any direct results. There is a lot of information and many guru's are trying to learn you and especially to sell you something (at a discount rate!). If you are not careful you can loose money and achieve nothing from switching from one guru to another.
If you have comments or questions, please feel free to post on this blog. I will update my progress with PIPS and other individual affiliate programs.

Hungering For Internet Success? Try Plug-In Profits!

Many people are aware of the moneymaking potential of the internet but simply don’t know where to begin. After all, there is a bewildering variety of internet programs that promise people success, but are later found out to deliver failure. What most people need is a starting point; a place from which they can launch their internet career.

The Plug-In Profit System

The Plug-In Profit system was started by a man named Stone Evans. Evans, a self-made internet entrepreneur in his own right, designed the program so that everyone who joins it will in effect be running his or her online business. The entire concept is set-up so that anyone can, even the newest of the new to internet marketing, can take part in it. By giving the potential user practically every tool he or she needs to succeed, Evans pretty much ensured that everyone who chooses to participate will make his or her share of the money.

The Plug-In Profit System is not complicated. At the core, it is an advertising business, and all you really have to do is to post ads and pull people to buy certain products. You won’t even have to write the ads yourself – they will be provided to you. All that’s needed is for people to see the advertisements you’ve posted, and voila! There comes your commission check. Nothing could be easier.

When you sign up for the Plug-In Profit System, you will essentially be becoming an affiliate partner for five different affiliate programs, and the ads you post will be for their benefit. What is to your benefit, however, is the commission you receive for doing such relatively simple and hassle-free work. The work you’ll have to do is much akin to putting up For Sale signs: if you put them up, it is almost guaranteed that someone will come. (The trick, of course, is knowing where to put up the signs.)

What makes the Plug-In Profit System so good for internet beginners is the very low price. With the recent addition of 10 programs from the Clickbank (for free registration) you can begin now with less than $25 dollars – a deal which will be very difficult to match anywhere else. Much of the cost will go to building your own webpage, which is an absolute must in this line of work.

If you have no experience whatsoever in internet business but would like to plunge in, the Plug-In Profit system is for you. Not only is this program a great starting point, it can in itself give you the momentum you need to catapult yourself to financial success. It will give you the information and tools that you need to begin, as well as advanced strategies that will help get you where you want to be.
